*Eligibility for returns

We accept returns of eligible items under the following conditions:

- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and certificates.

- The return request must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

*Return value: Returns are accepted at 75% of the invoice value. The remaining 25% covers restocking fees and processing costs.

*Return Process: To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. **Receive Return Instructions:** Our customer service team will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. **Ship the item:** Securely pack the item with all original packaging and certificates and send it to the address provided. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

-Improving jewelry

*Upgrade Eligibility: We offer a upgrade for your jewellery purchased under the following conditions:

- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging and certificates.

- The upgrade request must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

*Upgrade Value: Upgrades are accepted at 85% of the invoice value. You can use this value for the purchase of a new, higher-value item.

*Update process: To initiate an update, follow these steps:

1. **Contact Customer Service:** Email us at info@m,bethania.com or call +1 (843)727-5194 to request an upgrade authorization.

2. **Receive upgrade instructions:** Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions, including the address to send the item to us.

3. **Ship the item:** Securely pack the item with all original packaging and certificates and send it to the address provided. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

REFUND POLICY

A refund may be processed in the following cases:

• When the label has not been removed from the part.

• The part has not been modified, damaged or tampered with by a workshop not authorized by MARIA BETHANIA

• The product is not a special order to order that has been designed and/or produced to customer specifications.

• Your order has been purchased exclusively online.

IMPORTANT. Your return package must include all complementary items such as the case, certificates, sales note and other documentation, without these the refund will not proceed.

You will receive a form that must be filled out with the purchase details to be sent by email.

To make the return shipping of your order easy and safe, we will provide you with a prepaid courier guide. All you have to do is drop off your parcel at the relevant courier office on the same day the waybill is issued.

We reserve the right to examine the certificate, inspect the piece and if necessary send it to an independent gemologist for further inspection.

The refund resolution time is approximately 30 calendar days (CHECK WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR THE REFUND TIME)

This will be reflected in the credit or debit card with which the purchase was made, or if it was by deposit or transfer in the same bank account. No refunds are made to accounts other than the one with which you made your purchase.

When you pay by credit card, it takes 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to complete, depending on the card issuer. (CHECK REFUND TIME)

When you make a payment with your debit card, the refund usually takes up to 5 business days to complete. Some refunds can take up to 30 days, depending on the card issuer. (CHECK REFUND TIME)

The money-back satisfaction guarantee DOES NOT APPLY in the following cases:

• Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals such as: makeup, perfumes, beauty and personal care items, cleaning products...

• Scratches, dents, or chips caused by misuse or general wear and tear.

• Bent, struck, battered, or worn components that allow a stone to fall or be lost through negligence.

• If the part has been modified, damaged or tampered with by a workshop not authorized by MARIA BETHANIA.

• Consider that certain features of a piece of jewelry and slight irregularities are variations in craftsmanship.

• Gemstones, being nature's creation stones, can show inclusions and visible details that are characteristic and also a particular sign of a unique stone.

• In MARIA BETHANIA we use photographs of our original products.  Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size due to the default screen settings. Also our products are represented in a larger size than the real one in order to appreciate the details, or smaller than the real size to show the complete product.

• The warranty for side diamonds of less than 5 points is for 30 days, and no guarantee is offered for the center stone since the mounting is checked before the piece is delivered.
